Collect Point Prague Panthers 28-42 Turek Graz Giants

The Prague team collected more rush and passing yards, however they lost the first game of the season against the Giants 28:48. The main differences were the perfect Giants offence game versus too many mistakes and non discipline panthers game.

„It is shame that we weren´t able to beat them, because our skills are comparable. Our start was slow, but the main difference was that we did too many mistakes in our game. We are not able to win the game this way,“ said Panthers safety Michal Srp. “It´s great that we were able to score to 21:21 in the 3^rd quarter and that we didn´t give up the game, but finally we lost. If we want to beat Berlin,  we have to change our game. We mustn´t make any mistakes and start to play with discipline,” he said.

Panthers started nervously and they were loosing 0:14 in the first quarter, while the defense was not able to stop the great passing game of Chris Gunn.The Panthers offense then woke up and MVP of the Czech league quarterback Jackob Shrum scored twice on his own. In the middle of the game  the score was 13:21.

The beginning of the 3^rd quarter went well and The Panther succeeded at changing the score 21:21, but great passing game and incredible runs of Mike Andrew made Giants leaders of the game. In the end of the game a good cooperation between Jake Shrum and  the new panthers star Clinton Graham started, but final score was 28:42. It was unable to beat the team of Giants when the Panthers had four fumbles and two interceptions.

The very next game of Collect Point Prague Panthers in EFL against Berlin Adlers starts on Saturday the 3^rd of April. The Prague Panthers have a lot of hard work ahead till that day.
